Rolling Meadows HS Welding Lab

These welding tables were designed from the ground up by 425’s engineering department.  Constructed from heavy-duty 2″ welded steel tubing.

Table segment plates are drop-in and replaceable. 
5/8″ hole grid for mounting jigs.  Plates are 5/8″ thick.

A tab on the back left leg is designed for attaching the welder’s workpiece clamp (ground clamp), keeping it off the table and out of the way.

Leveling feet allow for adjustment on uneven floors.

These booths are designed to be bolted together, forming a continuous and sturdy line of assembled welding booths.

Booth shields are coated in a spray-on truck bed liner to increase resistance to welding sparks for longevity.
