ESD Assembly/Test Table

These ESD tables were designed from the ground up by 425’s engineering department. The frame and tabletop segments are all constructed from lightweight 6061 aluminum.

All table segments are double-grounded for redundancy using grounding strips that daisy-chain the segments together, as well as to the frame, and ultimately to the floor.

The grounding straps are bolted to each segment using anodizing breaker washers to ensure conductivity to the raw aluminum.

Casters are static-dissipative rubber material to ensure no static buildup occurs when the tables are in their mobile configuration.

425 can customize these tables’ size and height to customer specs and needs.
