Rubber Drive Roller Repair

Machine and Fab all in one package. We had to cut off both ends of this roller make and install new ends that weren’t bent and warped, and up-size the existing taper lock weld on hubs. The spacing of the end caps were also changed. The shaft and hubs were timed, assembled and completely welded at assembly to make sure everything spins freely and is square to the rubber drive roller.
